1. Who publishes this site
This site, seamset.com, is published by PrimeFocus, a French simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder (SASU) with a share capital of 1,000 euros, registered in Paris under number 988 608 055, with its registered office at 46 rue Blanche, 75009 Paris (“we”, “us”). Full details are in the Legal notice.
These terms apply to anyone who visits the site. By using the site, you accept them.
2. What this site is
The site gives information about SeamSet, software for companies that run NetSuite, and lets you contact us. It is free and needs no account.
SeamSet is in early access. The site describes the product and how we work with customers. What a given company gets is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
3. No contract through the site
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Reading the site, or sending a request through the contact form, creates no contract between you or your company and us, and commits neither side.
SeamSet’s product and services are provided only under separate written terms, agreed with your company before any work starts. Those terms govern the service. If they differ from what this site says, they prevail.
4. Using the site
You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own information, including inside your company for a vendor review.
You may not:
- copy or reuse the site’s content for another commercial purpose without our written permission;
- try to access parts of the site or of our systems that are not public, or disrupt the site;
- send false information, or someone else’s details, through the contact form.

5. Intellectual property
The texts, mockups, graphics, logo, layout and code of this site belong to us or are used with their owner’s permission. They are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Apart from the uses allowed in section 4 and those the law allows, reproducing them requires our written permission.
The screens shown on this site are mockups, built with fictional companies and data.
6. Trademarks
SeamSet is a trademark of PrimeFocus. You may use the name SeamSet to refer to our product, as long as it does not suggest that we endorse you.
SeamSet works with NetSuite. SeamSet is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Oracle.
Oracle, Java, MySQL, and NetSuite are registered trademarks of Oracle and/or its affiliates. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is always complete, up to date or online. What the site says is general information, not advice about your NetSuite account. Before you rely on it for a decision, confirm it with us in writing.
The site links to other sites, such as Oracle’s documentation. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
8. Liability
The site is free and for information only. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by using the site, by relying on its content, or by the site being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded, in particular for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, for death or personal injury, or, if you are a consumer, your rights under the law.
9. Personal data and cookies
What we do with the details you send through the contact form is set out in the Privacy policy. This site sets no cookies; you can object to its audience measurement from the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version online when you use the site applies.
11. Law and courts
These terms are governed by French law.
If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts there.
If you use the site for a business and both you and we act as traders, any dispute about these terms goes to the courts of Paris.
